Aristo Luxe – Shipping Agreement

At Aristo Luxe, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery for all of our customers across the United Kingdom. And We use very trusted company taking care of all our products towards all our respective customers: EVRI, ROYAL MAIL, DPD UK.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will typically be prepared and dispatched the next working day.

2. Shipping Within the United Kingdom
Most orders within the UK qualify for free standard shipping. Eligibility for free delivery depends on your delivery postcode.

3. Delivery Charges
When you enter your postcode at checkout, our system will automatically determine whether your address qualifies for free shipping.

If your address is outside our free delivery areas, the checkout page will clearly display the applicable delivery charge before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days depending on your location within the UK.  Products from Manufacturing or Whole Seller which not dispatch from our own warehouse and  sourcing from Different country may differ but normally delivered in United Kingdom around 1-15days

5. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address and postcode are entered correctly at checkout. Aristo Luxe cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details.
