Aristo Luxe – Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team. Returns without approval may be refused.

2️⃣ Changed Your Mind?

If the product is not defective and you simply don’t like it:

  • You may have the right to return order within 30 days of delivery by exercising your right of withdrawal. For items fulfilled by Aristoluxe, all returns are processed directly by Aristoluxe in accordance with the Aristoluxe Returns Policy.

  • 25% restocking fee applies. 

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Sending return product to our warehouse postage cost shoulder by buyers 

3️⃣ Third-Party Products

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers:

  • Do not send these to our warehouse.

  • Contact us first so we can provide the correct return address.

  • Policies for third-party returns are controlled by the supplier, not Aristo Luxe.

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

  • Some limited-edition or promotional products may also be non-returnable.

5️⃣ Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
